1:00 – Hunt, Packard’s country – Ratcatcher attire
NHH hounds to hunt
No host evening- enjoy dinner in burwell at one of the restaurants or bars
Thursday, October 3
11:00 – Hunt, Fox Tail Farm – Ratcatcher attire
Joint pack- NHH/Belle Meade
Tailgate with appetizers and drinks hosted by The Farm At Butterflat Creek
No host evening – enjoy dinner in Burwell at one of the restaurants or bars
Friday, October 4
Off day – no hunting
Trail ride @ 11 from Fox Tail Farm
Or golf, shop, etc.
Evening: Judges meeting- 6 p.m., Rodeo Grounds Building
Welcome party 6:30- 8 p.m., Rodeo Grounds Building
Fly over Band, 8 p.m., 83 Grand Event Center – open to the public
Saturday, October 5
Performance Trials – Formal Attire (colors are welcome)
10:00 – Hunt, Packard’s country
Box lunch provided
Results and ribbons from 1st day of trials
6:30 – 9 p.m. cocktail party at matranga’s with heavy appetizers
Sunday, October 6
Performance trials – Formal Attire (colors are welcome)
9:00 – Hunt, Fox Tail Farm
Noon- Lunch provided
1:00 results & ribbons for weekend
Accommodations
Camping
- Twenty-five RV/Trailer Hook-ups are available at the Burwell Rodeo Grounds for $15 per night. Each hookup includes a 110/50/30 amp source with water. A public facility is also available on site with men’s and women’s showers and restrooms.
- First come with deposit, first served – indicate on electronic registration form, reserve and secure with your deposit.
Fees
Riding: $125
Package includes:
- Horse boarding for one horse
- Hunting

- Hay and Shavings available for purchase
Second horse, same rider: $40
Riders aged 13-18 years: $75
Riders under 12 years: $25
Non-Riding: $50
Package includes:
- Hunt car-following (Please contact Sam Matranga by voice or text at (402) 679-6212 for car-following details and arrangements.

Entry fee per hunt for the MFHA Performance Trial: $100
Stabling
Stabling is provided at the Rodeo grounds and is on a first-come, first-served basis for fully-registered participants. Please have current health papers and proof of negative coggins test within the last year.
Registration
Online registration is now open. Registration deadline is Wednesday September 25.
Reservation is complete when three criteria are met:
- Online registration form completed
- Signed NHH waiver received
- Registration fee received

Refunds
Refunds less $50 office fee will be granted for individual withdrawal before Wednesday, September 25. After September 25, no refund for individual withdrawal. In the unlikely event of meet cancellation, full refunds will be granted.
