Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion are cornerstones of our culture in the North Hills Hunt (NHH). These ideals are ingrained in our fundamentals and our Code of Ethics. NHH will not tolerate any behavior that undermines our hunt as a safe and inclusive place. Any individual (masters, staff, members, or guests) found to have engaged in discriminatory or any harassing behavior will be subject to immediate suspension, dismissal, or expulsion.
Individuals wishing to report a grievance may share their concern with a Master, NHH Board President, or a NHH member in good standing. Together they will share allegation details with the Masters and the NHH Board President for action.
The NHH Board President, and Masters will then determine three neutral, and qualified NHH members in good standing who will be assigned to investigate the grievance.
